YES.  Print/copy quality and consistency issues such as streaking, faded prints, dark prints, and/or jamming are issues we deal with daily.

YES.  Unable to connect to a network or a failed scan to email are frustrating and robs you of time.  We can get you connected and up and running quickly.

YES.  We resolve routine as well as error messages that are displayed on your copier/printer.

Unfortunately we do not dispatch technicians to service inkjet printers.  However, you are more than welcome to bring your inkjet printer to our office.  Email us at info@occopier.com with information and to schedule a convenient time to drop by.

YES.  We’d be delighted to resolve the problem.  Contact us to schedule a service call.

On Service calls outside of a Service Agreements we apply the following rates:

  • $175.00 – Standard Hourly Rate (plus parts if needed).
  • 30-Day warranty on all completed standard tasks.
  • $25.00 – Flat travel fee when traveling out of Orange County.
  • $110.00 – Hourly Rate on Printer and Scanner services (plus parts if needed)
  • 40-Day warranty on all Printer and Scanner services
  • $220.00 – Hourly Rate on Plotter services (plus parts if needed)
  • 30-Day warranty on Plotter services
