I've never been disappointed with the continuity of their stellar services, honesty, trustworthiness and high-level of business practices. For example, just a few days ago, we took one of their toner cartridges off the shelf which we had purchased several months ago. It was clearly defective. We saved the printed page which showed the defective print result. At the same time, we also ordered a resupply of toner cartridges, which we delivered to our office the next day. They picked up the empty cartridge and the defective cartridge and gave us credit for the bad one, no questions and no hassle.
